New Drone Trade Show in Amsterdam Focuses on Industrial Applications

The organizer of the leading U.S. drone trade show Commercial UAV Expo is launching a new event in Europe: the Commercial UAV Forum. The inaugural edition will take place on April 22-23, 2026, at RAI Amsterdam. The event is entirely dedicated to the use of drones for industrial applications and offers professionals from a wide range of sectors a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and innovation.

Focus on Industrial Applications

The Commercial UAV Forum is aimed at drone operators, project managers, drone technology providers, regulators, and other professionals involved in UAV applications across industries such as construction, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, ports, mining, public safety, and drone logistics. With a strong content-driven program and a focused exhibit floor, the event promises to be a valuable addition to the European drone calendar.

“We’re excited to introduce the Commercial UAV Forum as the next evolution of the Commercial UAV brand,” said Lee Corkhill, Group Director at organizer Diversified. “This new format emphasizes community, practical content, and strategic connections—exactly what’s needed to accelerate the safe and effective deployment of drone technology in Europe.”

Exhibit Floor and Knowledge Sessions

Attendees of the Commercial UAV Forum can expect a well-organized exhibit floor showcasing the latest in drone hardware, software, and supporting technologies. In addition, a variety of educational sessions will be held, with a focus on real-world UAV applications. Regulatory developments and innovations that are shaping the future of Europe’s drone industry will also be on the agenda.

The organization will announce more details about speakers, the program, and registration in the coming months. Those interested can already fill out an Attendee Inquiry form on the event website to receive updates.
